I aim to help couples take a step back from blame and move toward greater empathy and mutual respect.
In family therapy, we focus on the dynamics that impact the entire family unit. I work with family members to address conflict, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. We’ll explore patterns of interaction, identify areas of misunderstanding, and work toward creating a more harmonious and supportive family environment.
I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This evidence-based therapy is highly effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and other emotional distress. EMDR helps to accelerate the healing process by allowing you to process difficult memories and experiences in a safe and structured way.
