General Information

Yes. I am in-network with Aetna and Medicare.

I also work with private-pay clients and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.

Do you accept insurance?

I offer in-person sessions in El Segundo as well as telehealth sessions for clients located in California.

We can discuss which format feels like the best fit based on your preferences and circumstances.

Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?

What is your fee?

My standard fee is $225 per 50-minute session.

For clients using Aetna or Medicare, coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your specific plan. I’m happy to answer general questions during a consultation.

How often do clients typically meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Over time, some choose to adjust frequency based on their needs and the nature of the work. This is decided collaboratively.

How long does therapy last?

There’s no predetermined timeline. Some clients work with me around a particular transition or concern; others choose longer-term work.

My approach is not brief or manualized, but it is oriented toward meaningful change rather than open-ended exploration.

Do you work with couples?

Yes. I work with couples who are interested in thoughtful, depth-oriented relationship work.

My approach is collaborative and non-pathologizing, and is often a good fit for couples navigating life transitions, identity shifts, communication breakdowns, or the impact of stress, trauma, or midlife change on their relationship.
